\nOne more thing I wanted to mention, The New Orleans School of Cooking<\/strong><\/span> is not a hand’s on class, (although they offer those at a higer price). It is a demo and meal. My DH is not a cook either and would have thought he was just going to be enduring it for me. He loved it. The Chefs are funny and the food is good. They serve beverages, (including Abita Amber beer), during the demo. I saw a lot of tag along hubbies and they were all having fun. If you can convince him to try it my guess is he will have fun.<\/em>
