The New House #2
We really mean it this time!
After several offers and counter offers, we have signed an agreement to buy this house. Unlike the first one, this needs no remodeling of any kind and is ready to move in. We take possession on April 30. This home is only a couple of blocks from the first house we showed you, which means we are in the same great neighborhood.
Since there is still a family in the house, we could only take pictures from the street. The layout includes living room/dining room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, full bath and half bath on the upper floor. The basement is half family room and half garage. You can see 2 sheds in the back yard which are included. One has electricity! There is a decent sized backyard, including a deck and fenced area for the dogs.
